Colene
Kaczor joined Boyd County Insurance in Spencer in 1991 as a secretary,
working part-time & then eventually full-time. She became
a licensed agent in 2000, writing & servicing personal &
commercial lines of insurance. She became manager in July, 2007.
Colene & her husband, Jody, who manages the Rural Water District,
live on the family farm north of Spencer, & have 2 sons &
1 daughter. Their family are members of Immanuel Lutheran Church
in Spencer. They enjoy following the children’s activities
& spending time fishing, hunting, camping & boating with
family & friends.

Ruda started working for Boyd County Insurance
Agency in August 2000 as our Customer Service Representative.
She & husband Carl both grew up in rural Spencer/Bristow area
and moved back in 1977 to raise their two sons here. Prior to coming
to Anson Insurance Services, Inc. she
was a secretary and business instructor at Grand Island School of
Business and worked in insurance offices in Lincoln, Ne and Billings,
Mt. She also worked with husband Carl for 26 years in their Ruda
Construction business and her own Painting, Finishing and Wallpaper
business. Jan loves counted cross-stitching, reading and spending
time with her family including 4 grandchildren. |

Steve
Mahlendorf specializes in Crop Insurance. He grew up on a farm and
still farms and raises cattle. He and his wife Ann have 3 children
and 5 grandchildren. He joined Boyd County
Insurance in January, 2001. |

Matt
McKay joined Anson Insurance Services, Inc., in January 2004 &
joined the Boyd County Insurance office in January 2007. He &
wife Michelle have one son named Cooper. After graduating from
Spalding Academy High School & 2 years of college, Matt moved
to Holt County in 2000. He is licensed in all areas of insurance
(Property & Casualty, Life, Health & Annuities, Crop).
Matt enjoys going to rodeos, auctions, & spending time with
family & friends.
